Overview

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance Team. As Senior Accountant, you will work closely with the Financial Controller and Senior Director of Finance to play a critical role in supporting key financial operations, manage the financial records, and prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting. In this role, you will focus on ensuring compliance with accounting standards, preparing and maintaining financial records, supporting payroll processes, overseeing accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P), facilitating month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, managing sales tax compliance, and assisting with audit preparations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP and company policies
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
  • Manage A/R and A/P processes, including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and expense tracking
  • Support payroll processing and reconciliation
  • Assist in financial audits and compliance activities
  • Ensure compliance with sales tax regulations
  • Help implement new software and processes to improve efficiency
  • Participate in educational opportunities related to your role
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of progressive accounting experience (bonus points for SaaS experience)
  • CPA designation
  • Desire to provide all stakeholders with a great experience
