We are looking for a dynamic Senior Account Manager to become a vital part of our vibrant Sales team. This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to our Montreal office. Join the energy and be part of the momentum!

This is an exciting opportunity to get involved! As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our strategic growth and strengthening our market presence. Reporting to the Country Manager in Montreal, you will be instrumental in accelerating sales growth and building strong customer relationships across Canada. The ideal candidate is a seasoned inside sales professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at managing customer accounts, demonstrates strong ability in attracting and acquiring new customers, and is open to occasional travel for in-person customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, serve as the primary point of contact, ensure excellent service, and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Sales Execution: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, provide tailored solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill orders.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings; occasionally visit customers to strengthen relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the business development team to align strategies and provide market feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a related role within the electronic components industry.
  • Fluent in English, with working proficiency in French (spoken and written).
  • Proven sales success and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to travel occasionally within Canada and the U.S.
