Responsibilities
  • Maintain secure facilities in line with Edon Management’s standards and contract specifications
  • Identify and address security concerns, ensuring the safety systems of the facility are functioning properly
  • Uphold order and enforce site regulations for personnel, visitors, and premises
  • Respond to incidents, generate incident reports, and investigate security-related concerns
  • Conduct routine building walk-throughs and generate detailed reports
  • Follow access control, patrol procedures, and fire safety protocols to maintain a secure environment
Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years’ security experience
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Valid Alberta Security License is required
  • Standard First Aid and CPR with AED considered an asset
  • Completed Grade 12 Education
  • Excellent knowledge of security practices
  • Strong command of the English language (reading and writing)
  • Available to work on evenings and weekend shifts
