The Post Operations Associate will support the major appliance and television purchase customer experience by ensuring and monitoring the smooth flow of customer orders within pre-established standards for all aspects of the logistics functions. Advanced communication and computer skills will enable an effective way to process home delivery orders, provide customer service to our stores and assist in resolving pre- and post-inventory related delivery issues. Using communication and customer service skills to be able to provide information effectively and clearly to the Distribution Centers, stores, Home Delivery Carriers and intermittently customers, as well as to be able to provide answers and/or solutions to any inquiries.
