Job Summary

The SAP Finance Lead will direct the financial aspects of the SAP S / 4 implementation in a large and complex Canadian public sector environment. This role demands a finance expert with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing a team effectively. The successful candidate must have a thorough understanding of PSAS accounting standards and SAP Finance modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and customization of SAP Finance on the Public Sector Client.
• Oversee the financial aspects of the SAP S / 4 implementation, ensuring all financial processes are accurately represented.
• Guide the financial team through the entire implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of financial processes post-implementation.
• Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to enhance team performance.

Requirements

Proven experience as an SAP Finance Lead in a large, complex public sector environment

Deep knowledge of SAP Finance modules and PSAS accounting standards.
