We are looking for an SAP Technical Consultant (SAP IBP / PP / MM) to join a leading FMCG company, designing and delivering solutions across SAP IBP, MM, and PP modules. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, drive solution design, manage implementation, and ensure smooth user adoption through testing, training, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to gather and formalize requirements using a user-centric approach.
• Design and deliver sustainable SAP planning solutions aligned with architecture principles and product vision.
• Lead process analysis, Design Thinking workshops, and prepare functional specifications.
• Coordinate with developers and technical teams to build, test, and refine solutions.
• Manage end-to-end testing, defect resolution, and support user training and adoption.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including user guides, functional specs, and process maps.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives, propose enhancements, and support change management activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar Functional/Application Designer role, with 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong technical expertise in SAP IBP (DM, S&OP), Production Planning (PP), and Materials Management (MM).
• Proven experience in business mapping, blueprinting, and SAP system implementation.
• Solid knowledge of process analysis, design, and solution configuration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to dynamic environments.
