Sales Service (Stock/Cashier)

The Sales Service (Stock/Cashier) position is primarily responsible for providing physical assistance in moving merchandise between sales and stock areas, handling general inquiries, general housekeeping, as well as other related customer service duties including processing sales transactions.

This position is a key part of the ability to fulfill our mission statement: to provide a superior shopping experience every day. Experience in a customer service role is an asset (consideration will be given to applicants with related, non-work experience).

This role requires significant customer contact in a fast-paced environment. You must provide quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner, with a high degree of social skills (courteous, sincere, articulate, well groomed), the ability to work with a sense of urgency, and a mature, positive attitude.

If you have merchandising experience and can combine urgency with strong customer service skills, this opportunity may be right for you.
