Sales Service (Cashier)

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions, handle general inquiries, general housekeeping, as well as other related customer service duties.
• Support the company mission to provide a superior shopping experience every day. Serve as a primary contact with customers.
• Interact in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional, courteous, and helpful service.
• Demonstrate a high degree of social skills (courteous, sincere, articulate, well groomed) and a positive attitude when engaging with the public.
• Manage cash handling, scanning, and bagging techniques as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role is an asset (consideration will be given to applicants with related, non-work experience).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide quality service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; well groomed and professional demeanor.
• Good cash handling abilities and proficiency with cash register operations.
