A leading medical sales company in Canada is seeking an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative to strategically promote and sell their products. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in outside sales, preferably in medical or B2B fields. This is a commission-based role focused on delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and be prepared for approximately 20% travel. Health benefits and training programs are provided.
As an OrthopaedicInstruments Sales Representative, you will strategically promote and sell Stryker OrthopaedicInstruments products to meet our customers’ needs. You confidently conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your wins with your Regional Manager and push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products. You take great pride in excellent service and are prepared to assist customers whenever the need arises. As a Sales Representative, you love living in the fast lane and find purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.

This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses + benefits.
