Sales Representative – Automotive Industry

Key Responsibilities

- Order Management: Place and manage product orders to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet customer demand.
- Schedule Coordination: Assist with scheduling installations and service appointments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Customer Service: Deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring every customer leaves informed and satisfied.
- Customer Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to confirm satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager and team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Technology Use: Utilize Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems to manage orders, inventory, and scheduling.
Qualifications & Experience
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive industry. Automotive or car sales experience is a strong asset.
- Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

About the Role
As a Sales Representative at a high-volume location, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and supporting smooth store operations. Compensation
- Competitive Base Pay: Salary or hourly wage based on experience and skill level. $23 to $29 per/hr.
