Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations on wheels, tires, and vehicle accessories.
  • Order Management: Place and manage product orders to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet customer demand.
  • Schedule Coordination: Assist with scheduling installations and service appointments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Customer Service: Deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring every customer leaves informed and satisfied.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to confirm satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager and team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive workplace culture.
  • Technology Use: Utilize Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems to manage orders, inventory, and scheduling.

About the Role

As a Sales Representative at a high-volume location, you will play a key role in driving sales performance and supporting smooth store operations.
