About The Role

As Sales Manager, you will report to the General Manager and be actively involved in every aspect of the Sales Department. This is a hands‑on leadership position where you will help set direction, support the team, and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a superior customer satisfaction rating
  • Support and oversee vehicle inventory responsibilities
  • Lead with enthusiasm, motivation, and positivity
  • Inspire, train, and coach a strong sales team
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for growth
  • Use CRM tools effectively, be familiar with PBS Systems, and hold an AMVIC license
