What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct client discovery calls with Sales team members to understand technical and workflow needs
- Develop winning strategies with the sales team to secure new business
- Deliver high-impact software demonstrations and create impactful presentations
- Support the sales team by answering technical questions and educating prospects on product value
- Partner with account executives to strategize on advancing key accounts in the evaluation process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineering experience in a software company, preferably SaaS
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel domestically (up to 40%)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with production and/or content delivery via modern web technologies such as RTMP, WebRTC, SIP, and related
- Experience in the professional events industry
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, API, REST services, and SQL/database structures
- BA/BS or equivalent education in Computer Science/Engineering
