Overview

Fremantle Commercial & International is the commercial arm of Fremantle and sells both finished programs and formats across all linear and non-linear platforms. The division has a network of 11 international sales offices and licenses over 40,000 hours of programs to 180 countries worldwide. Fremantle's International Canada Sales and Distribution team supports content sales and distribution across English and French speaking Canada. The Role

As the Sales Coordinator you will provide sales and operational support to the Canadian team. This admin / process-driven role will help support the sales process from pre-pitch through delivery and is a pivotal role to ensure the smooth functioning and success of the team.

Minimum 3 days in the office

Responsibilities
  • Manage availability reports and build program availability lists to confirm legal / sales clearances and meet client criteria.
  • Track pitches, compile feedback, and prepare post-market and sales reports.
  • Prepare and deliver sales decks, marketing assets (artwork, publicity, digital screeners, scripts), and projections to support pitches and acquisitions.
  • Maintain close contact with client marketing and technical delivery teams to ensure timely material delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues; research new clients and track existing client needs.
  • Prepare, review, and process license agreements, coordinating across rights, finance, legal, operations, and marketing to ensure smooth contract execution, invoicing, and delivery.
  • Input contract details into the Fremantle database and maintain status and budget tracking reports.
  • Track and manage creation of French dubbing and other distribution materials, coordinating with the Global Materials Operations team.
  • Maintain internal database of French materials.
  • Assist with industry event materials, general admin duties, and provide backup coverage for the Executive Assistant.
  • Participate in strategy discussions around market trends, content, and sales approaches.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Experience reviewing contracts and legal documents is preferred
  • Experience with rights management software and customer management platforms a plus
  • Previous entertainment industry experience, preferably in sales and / or content acquisitions a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Outlook / PowerPoint / Teams)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with clarity and professionalism
  • Self-motivated, well organized with the ability prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work well under time constraints and in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment
  • Ability to understand and anticipate issues and independently problem solve
  • Collaborative, proactive, and responsible team player
