Mercedes-Benz Brampton is currently looking for a Sales Consultant to join their team in Brampton.

The Sales Representative is responsible for selling and leasing new and pre-owned vehicles, while creating lasting relationships with customers.

Our Sales Representative walks customers through the sales process, including conducting test drives, reviewing prices and educating them on vehicle inventory.

The Sales Representative has the unique ability to control their own success. The more time and effort that is invested, the bigger the book of business as a result.

Job Duties
  • Provide customers with information regarding vehicles for sale.
  • Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Provide sales representatives with up-to-date product information.
  • Plan and implement sales-incentive programs.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale.
  • Assist with vehicle inventory management.
  • Other duties as required.
What We Look For
  • Valid OMVIC certification.
  • 2+ years of automotive sales experience required.
  • Luxury brand experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a high-volume dealership environment.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (clear speaking voice).
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with OneEighty software is considered an asset.
  • Works well with a team as well as individually.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable using technology.
