Role and Responsibilities:
- Focus on building new and lasting customer connections, delivering highly satisfying customer experiences, and confidently leading the La Senza selling model with passion and expertise for the brand.
- Create a shopping experience that is effortless, inspiring, and productive through expert product knowledge and cultivating relationships to develop customer loyalty.
- Promote and display teamwork across all areas to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Process customer transactions, returns, or exchanges accurately and efficiently, creating lasting impressions.
- Demonstrate knowledge regarding inventory, customer requests, and provide feedback to store leadership.
- Understand, adhere to, and reinforce brand standards.
- Reinforce activities related to providing a safe working environment.
- Maintain awareness of loss prevention by supporting honesty and connecting customer service, associate engagement, and shrink.
- Assist with merchandise preparation, ensuring accurate pricing according to markdowns, markups, and promotions.
- Replenish merchandise to create a full, abundant store and maintain visual standards.
