RQ09942 - Sr. Program Manager

Contract 1 year

On-site - office 5 days per week (One of the locations below)

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Organize stakeholder meetings, workshops, and forums to foster collaboration.
Project/Program Management
  • Lead the coordination and implementation of the shared service model.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and address risks.
  • Prepare detailed project status reports and presentations.
  • Execute a robust communication strategy to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Disseminate regular project updates and maintain consistency in communications.
Process Improvement and Evaluation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the shared service model.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of shared services.
Advocacy and Collaboration
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence among stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners and represent stakeholder interests.
Strategic Alignment
  • Contribute to strategic plans for the shared service model.
  • Support prioritization of strategic initiatives and policy development.
Must-Have's
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing/maintaining multiple collaborative relationships/partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating across many functional areas to actively engage project stakeholders and manage client expectations with diverse interests, technical and non-technical backgrounds using the appropriate level of political acuity and messaging for the audience.
  • Experience gathering and developing business and technical requirements to create and maintain a detailed program, project schedule and/or integrated plan.
