This position involves working closely with AI tools and platforms to enhance processes and user experiences. Starting January 5, resources will be required in the office full-time. This contract lasts for 6+ months.

Downtown, Toronto

Hybrid - Resources are expected to come into the office 4 days per week. Starting January 5, resources are expected to come into the office 5 days per week.

Contract - 6+ months

Security Level: CRJMC (must get clearance before start date)

Must-Have's

• 10+ years of experience in a business analyst capacity, with demonstrated work outlined clearly.
• Experience conducting requirements gathering and developing documentation.
• Able to do data analysis for large databases by using power BI and creating dashboards.
• Experience in creating testing strategy, test cases and perform end to end testing.
• Experience working with AI platforms, and technology and tools to support data analysis, dashboard creation, or process optimization.
• Experience working with AI tools or platforms (e.g., Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, OpenAI, etc.) to support business analysis, automate processes, or enhance user experience.
