Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities
  • You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
  • Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
  • Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
  • Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
  • Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Skills & Qualifications

Required

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with Provincial requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

  • A valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license.

  • The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
  • A high school diploma, GED or military service.
  • The ability to demonstrate a strong customer‑service orientation.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, performance, and other business and organization needs. This disclosed range has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
