Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route to service and sell uniforms, towels, cleaning products and other facility service items. The role is fast‑paced and involves indoor and outdoor work.

Key Responsibilities
  • You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
  • Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
  • Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
  • Negotiate service agreement renewals, control inventory, and maintain safety and professionalism.
  • Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Skills and Qualifications

Required provincial driving qualifications:

  • Active driver’s license in good standing (vehicle over 10,000 lbs).

  • The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
  • A high school diploma, GED, or military service.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation.
