We are seeking a motivated & energetic ROOFING ESTIMATOR to join our team.
The ideal candidate will obtain leads & convert them to clients through our four-step proven process. Perform roof inspections, prepare estimates, and provide several options to customers using our Better, Best, Basic pricing strategy. Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication, follow-up, and follow-through.

Responsibilities
- Perform estimates for roof replacement to secure sales
- Build rapport & trust with clients
- Maintain relationships with professional partners for networking
- Ensure prompt customer follow-up on calls/messages
- Convert leads into prospects with provided estimates
- Utilize company-provided leads based on performance and availability
- No door knocking required
- Enter lead information into CRM, including notes and tagging
- Research specialty items and sourcing prior to estimates
- Offer roofing, style, and payment options to prospects
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
- Notify management of customer issues or concerns
- Prepare marketing materials like postcards and letters
- Implement marketing strategies and develop personal strategies with approval
- Understand jurisdiction permit requirements
- Prepare and execute daily sales plans
- Grow market share and maximize territory performance
- Stay updated on roofing systems, trends, and materials pricing
- Accurately complete legal and contractual documents
- Develop personal routines that align with SOPs
- Attend scheduled meetings
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience, construction or industrial sales a plus
- Professional, sociable, and good at networking
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and math skills
- Accuracy and safety-consciousness
- Experience with CRM, managing jobs, and sales tracking
- Intermediate computer skills
- Team-oriented and able to work independently
- Physically able to climb ladders, walk roofs, and lift up to 75 lbs
