Job summary

A leading marketing agency in Ontario is seeking enthusiastic Sales Representatives for an upcoming Costco Roadshow. This role involves engaging Costco members, driving sales of a premium dessert product, and delivering product knowledge in a friendly manner. The ideal candidates have sales or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and are comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment. Training is mandatory, and positions are available from January 6th to 18th, 2026, at Costco London North.

Job Title: Roadshow Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking 4 enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team for an upcoming Costco Roadshow event. This role is all about engaging Costco members, driving trial, and generating sales of a premium dinner product. As the face of our brand, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for food to every interaction.

Location:

Costco London North – 693 Wonderland Rd. North, London, ON

Activation Dates:

Jan 6th-18th 2026

Training Date:

December 29th from 1PM-3PM (virtual) - MANDATORY

Hours:

6 hours per shift - Alternating daily schedules; one person per shift, two shifts per day

Monday–Friday:

• Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Shift 2: 2:45 PM – 8:45 PM

Saturday–Sunday:

• Shift 1: 8:30 AM – 1:45 PM
• Shift 2: 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with Costco members to introduce and promote our dessert product with a daily sales KPI target.
• Deliver product knowledge in a clear, compelling, and friendly manner.
• Drive sales by explaining value, benefits, and usage occasions.
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and fully stocked demo station throughout the day.
• Track daily sales and report results to the team lead/manager.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
