Qualifications

  • Clear & updated Vulnerable Sector Check (within last six months).
  • Valid Driver’s License & reliable car in community homecare is required.
  • Up to date TB test within last 2 years.

  • Provide Peritoneal Dialysis, Wound Care, IV Management, Diabetic Care & Post Operative Care.

Core Competencies
  • Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and in good standing
  • Experienced in Home and Community Care is an asset
  • Current BCLS certification (Level C)
  • Demonstrated clinical assessment and patient/family teaching skills
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills
  • Charting on Procura is an asset
Requirements

Shifts
