Overview

Retail Sales Associate (Part-time) – Rogers' Chocolates Ltd. – Vancouver Granville Island location. This position is part-time (up to 20 hours per week) including weekends, with a starting salary of $18.20 per hour. Start Date of Employment (approx.) ASAP.

Job Location(s): Vancouver Johnston Street Granville Island V6H 3R9.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote Rogers' Chocolates in our Granville Island retail store
• Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company Policies & Procedures and established Best Practices
• Provide efficient, accurate service at counter
• Perform a variety of operational activities as assigned by the Store Manager or Manager on Duty
• Must be available weekends
• Work well in a team environment, create energy and excitement around shared goals and values, contribute to an environment of trust and respect, act with urgency and integrity, demonstrate flexibility and have fun

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales associate role
• Must have customer service experience
• Strong command of point of sale systems is an asset
• Ability to work with limited direction
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to complete several concurrent tasks at a time
