Position Details:

Based at Kelowna Retail - Supporting Kelowna Depot

Schedule: 25 hrs per week, between 11am-7pm, Monday to Friday. Shifts may include weekends and vary. Flexibility required.

Wage: $20.92 per hour

Customer Service Orientation
  • Serving customers efficiently and courteously in person and over the phone
  • Upselling and cross-selling corporate products and services
  • Handling customer complaints and inquiries
  • Problem solving to resolve shipments and equipment/technology challenges
  • Collaborating with Head Office, management, drivers, warehousing staff, and other partners to ensure excellent customer service
  • Building positive relationships with customers, vendors, tenants, and key contacts
  • Assisting customers with shipping details and account issues using technology
  • Loading, scanning, logging, and resolving freight issues
  • Cash reconciliation, including deposits and key control
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for three-hour intervals
