Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with the inspection to evaluate and document damaged properties
  • Physically remove building materials that cannot be saved (e.g., drywall, flooring, insulation)
  • Physically stage equipment
  • Load and unload the company vehicle
  • Must be able to drive a company vehicle
  • Must have the ability to document work performed
  • Packout, demolition & equipment handling
  • Must maintain consistent direct customer contact that is courteous and respectful
  • Setup required equipment for drying
  • Remove standing water, mold, or smoke/odors from affected areas
  • Must participate in 24/7 on-call rotation with a team member for emergency service calls

Job Requirements
  • Experience with water, mold, smoke, and fire damage clean-up
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Must be dependable
  • Willing to work some on-call, after-hours, and weekend work
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Ability to wear a full-face respirator
  • Enter and work in attics and crawl spaces
  • Background check required

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
