Restaurant Supervisor

Location: Deschambault, QC G0A 1S0
Employment Type: Permanent
Schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift
Salary: $18.00 per hour
Hours: 35 to 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers’ complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Apply food safety and handling skills
  • Demonstrate professionalism in customer service
