Responsibilities
  1. Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
  2. Evaluate daily operations
  3. Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
  4. Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
  5. Monitor staff performance
  6. Plan and organize daily operations
  7. Recruit staff
  8. Set staff work schedules
  9. Supervise and train staff
  10. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  11. Conduct performance reviews
  12. Cost products and services
  13. Organize and maintain inventory
  14. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
