Job Description

Job Title: Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030)

Employment: Full-time permanent

Work hours: Monday-Friday, 35 hours/week

Wage: $33.50/hour

Language: English

Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation per annum or remuneration of 4% of gross salary

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant.
  • Provide outstanding customer experience by deciding the services and operation procedures.
  • Recruit and train staff's skills in serving.
  • Schedule staff's shifts and supervise their work performance.
  • Resolve customer complaints and responses positively.
  • Ensure our restaurant complies with up-to-date legislation.
  • Negotiate with ingredients and other suppliers.
  • Communicate with customers for catering experience.
Employment Requirements
  • A college diploma in hospitality or food and beverage service management or a related field is requested.
  • At least 1 year experience as a restaurant manager is required.
  • Experience in supervising and leading a team.
  • Strong customer service skills, multi-tasking.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
