A popular dining venue in British Columbia is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee restaurant staff performance and ensure a satisfying dining experience for guests. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, training staff, and maintaining cleanliness and compliance. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in restaurant operations and must hold a current ServSafe Certification. This role offers competitive pay of $12.00 per hour and additional benefits.

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing restaurant staff performance, ensuring each customer is completely satisfied during their dining experience. The incumbent will be responsible for setting an example by placing guests as the highest priority and role‑modeling exceptional guest service. This person will be expected to spot opportunities to improve the business and effectively communicate with the management team.
Compensation: $12.00 per hour
