Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and dependable Residence Services Desk Attendant – Night Auditor to join our night operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and secure running of our residence services during overnight hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for front desk operations, guest support, nightly audits, and ensuring the comfort and safety of all residents. If you have a passion for customer service, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently at night, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries during night hours.

  • Perform nightly audit procedures including reconciliation of daily transactions and report generation.

  • Monitor security systems and conduct routine safety checks around the premises.

  • Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area.

  • Manage emergency situations calmly and follow appropriate procedures.

  • Receive and log deliveries, messages, and maintenance requests.

  • Keep accurate records and logs related to guest activity and incidents.

  • Assist with administrative tasks and prepare handover documentation for the morning team.

  • Ensure all policies and procedures are followed with discretion and confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree in hospitality or related field preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with property management or booking systems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a courteous and professional demeanor.

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure or emergency situations.

  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail for auditing responsibilities.

Experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.

  • Previous night audit or overnight shift experience is highly desirable.

Working Hours
  • Night shifts: Typically between 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, including weekends and holidays.

  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available based on candidate availability and operational needs.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of people.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills, especially during off-peak hours.
