Job summary
A leading global engineering company is seeking a Sales Area Manager for Eastern Canada to build long-term relationships with customers in Quebec, Ontario, and the Maritime provinces. This role involves driving account growth and maintaining detailed records. The ideal candidate has a B.S. in Engineering or extensive experience in Pulp and Paper, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to travel frequently. Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience and established relationships with the customers in the region is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Andritz Stock Preparation and Paper Machine Service product lines is required.
- Willingness to travel - 80% of time will be spent in the field.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact to build new and long-term relationships with customers.
- Continually look for ways to improve account growth.
- Maintain organized and detailed territory records in the Company’s CRM system.
- Responsible for the territory forecasts, budgets and cost controls.
