A premier information service is seeking a Client Success Manager to expand their team in Quebec. This remote role focuses on driving user engagement and enhancing the client experience with Leadership Connect products. Candidates should have 1-3 years of sales experience in a SaaS environment, excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving. The role includes onboarding new accounts, troubleshooting user challenges, and collaborating with other teams to improve product offerings. Flexible PTO and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a SaaS environment with a track record of user engagement.
  • Driven by client interaction and improving user experience with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with a CRM, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Drive user engagement through meetings with key account users.
  • Onboard new accounts, engaging and educating users on service best practices.
  • Troubleshoot user challenges with creative engagement.
  • Develop and expand usage at all levels of an account.
