Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot and administer local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
• Evaluate and install hardware and software.
• Provide problem-solving services to network users.
• Implement security procedures for data and hardware.
• Perform routine network startup and shutdown.
• Conduct data backups and disaster recovery operations.
• Set up local area networks and internet connections.
• Monitor network traffic and optimize server performance.
