Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years in partnerships or partner success in FinTech, payments, SaaS, or e-commerce.
  • Experience enabling complex or high-GMV partners.
  • Strong communicator with excellent cross-functional influence.
  • A builder's mindset—comfortable designing processes from 0→1.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale Partner Success across product + commercial partners.
  • Build partner onboarding, enablement, and QBR frameworks that drive adoption.
  • Deliver partner-sourced revenue through better activation and integration quality.
  • Solve issues fast by partnering with Product, Sales, Compliance, and Operations.
  • Own partner KPIs, forecasting, and executive reporting.
  • Proactively protect partner health and reduce churn or volume risk.
