Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in relevant roles, preferably with AI-focused products.
• Ability to lead complex deployments and customer relationships.
• Experience with building Agents, even in personal projects.

Responsibilities

• Own AI Agent outcomes and metrics that drive value.
• Manage the deployment lifecycle from scoping to optimization.
• Design and build AI agents using Cresta’s tools.
• Lead customer relationships as the primary contact.
• Facilitate workshops to define agent use cases and workflows.
• Collaborate closely with FDEs for smooth implementations.
• Improve playbooks for agent development and deployment.
