A healthcare organization is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate patient care at Jubilee Lodge. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to quality resident care, nursing practice, and enhancing geriatric services. You will work within a multidisciplinary team and ensure effective nursing practices. We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with a dedication for delivering compassionate patient care to join our team at Jubilee Lodge. Reporting to the Manager (or designate), the Clinical Practice Lead contributes to the delivery of quality resident care, professional nursing practice and the enhancement of geriatric services in a Long Term Care setting through nursing practice assessment and development, clinical consultation, quality improvement, care coordination, staff health and other leadership activities. The Clinical Practice Lead will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and work collaboratively with others to positively impact nursing care in Long Term Care nursing practice.
Monday to Friday, Days, 08:00 to 16:00
Attached to the University Hospital of Northern BC, Jubilee Lodge is a 66‑bed facility with one‑bed, two‑bed and four‑bed units. The facility features a common dining room, solarium sitting area and a large patio. Recreation Therapy is provided on site, offering activities such as hymn‑sing, school visits with the elderly, and choral groups.
