Job Skills, Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience working in multi-disciplined engineering teams delivering complex solutions within the rail sector.
  • Comfortable interacting with several clients and transit industry senior leaders.
  • A positive approach to complex problems and a willingness to deliver to client requirements in tight deadlines.
  • Expertise in engineering management in a safety-critical industry.
  • Asset Management Qualifications.
  • Experience of using Enterprise Asset Management Systems (such as Ellipse, Maximo, SAP) in the rail sector an advantage.
  • Experience of preparing rail operational planning documents and operations concepts for major rail projects.
  • Experience in delivery of operational readiness in large-scale rail infrastructure projects.
  • Highly developed report writing and communication skills.
  • Understanding of working to delivery budgets.
