A leading financial services provider is seeking a Regional Vice President to oversee the Western Sales Region. This role involves leadership and coaching of a sales team, driving growth of investment products, and developing distribution strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the investment industry, with a strong track record in sales management and the ability to lead teams to exceed sales targets. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a competitive salary.
Manulife Investment Management’s Regional Vice President is a key member of the company’s sales leadership team with complete management accountability for markets across Western Canada, reporting to the Head of National Sales. Through proactive leadership and coaching, the Regional Vice President will work to enhance relationships and provide insight and direction in the development and management of distribution strategies to achieve the overall region’s sales targets. They will lead a successful team of Wholesalers to determine the best coverage for our clients to grow existing relationships and build new ones. This role will be responsible for executing on the overall sales strategy, driving growth and exceeding regional sales targets. This leader has demonstrated product knowledge and the ability to identify trends in the investment business. They will promote Manulife as a provider of product and business building solutions for Financial Advisors across Eastern Canada.
