Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales and/or relevant experience in financial services.
• Experience managing, coaching, training and developing employees, preferably in sales.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales team and ensure territory team cohesiveness.
• Communicate critical information and build partnerships across the organization.
• Optimize sales team effectiveness and coaching for Business Development Associates.
• Ensure compliance with policies and manage approvals.
