Overview

Make an impact with our Marketing team as a Regional Marketing Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities
  • Support the Regional Marketing team in implementing and coordinating a variety of marketing tactics such as events, sponsorships, advertising, presentations, signage, and more.
  • Process marketing requests, triage tasks to appropriate teams for execution, and monitor workflow and status to ensure on time delivery
  • Proactively communicate updates and status on marketing tasks to stakeholders
  • Manage task assignment and workflow during project scope changes
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and teams, and provide support and updates as needed
  • Maintain vendor relationships with external suppliers
  • Support event planning and execution
  • Maintain and create reports to track metrics, progress, budgets etc.
  • Prepare, review and modify templates, letters, communications, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel workbooks and other correspondence.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes within the department
  • Develop an understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and niches, ensuring firm brand standards are being followed
  • Support with special projects as required
  • Maintain flexibility to travel within the Lower Mainland, as necessary
Skills And Experience
  • 2+ years of administration, project coordination or event planning experience
  • Post-secondary education in marketing or other related field is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail oriented and ability to multitask
