Were looking for a highly driven and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment operations and scheduling functions. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare staffing environment, enjoys coaching and mentoring a team, and isnt afraid to jump in and fill urgent roles themselves.

At Mimak Care, our clients depend on us to ensure every shift is filled with the right professional, on time. As the Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for both leading the recruitment team and personally driving high-priority staffing assignments. Youll oversee day-to-day scheduling, manage last-minute backfills, and ensure compliance and operational excellence at all times.

Job Overview

This role combines leadership, strategic workforce planning, hands-on recruitment, and scheduling oversight. You will lead a team of Recruitment Coordinators and Specialists to deliver exceptional service to clients, while also managing your own portfolio of urgent, complex, or high-impact staffing needs.

Youll work closely with clients to anticipate demand, maintain a ready-to-deploy talent pool, and implement proactive recruitment strategies. Youll also be a key player in on-call crisis management, ensuring last-minute issues are resolved without compromising service quality.
