Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand the candidate pipeline through proactive telephone engagement.
  • Enhance candidate awareness of Bilingual Source.
  • Grow our market share with targeted candidates.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates on a weekly basis.
  • Achieve sales targets within your client base.
  • Utilize a state-of-the-art ATS to maintain candidate records.
  • Regularly communicate with the Sales Manager to address issues and opportunities.
  • Develop new accounts to contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications
  • Recruitment or Sales experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (French is an asset).
  • Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently.

Commission Model: 30% of the Revenue You Generate

Client pays: 12,000 for a placement
