What is it like to be a recruiter? It’s about showing flair, establishing relationships of trust and having good judgment! From identifying an employer’s needs to understanding a potential candidate’s interests and skills, including teamwork, candidate sourcing strategy and headhunting. These are busy days, each one different from the other and mandates which vary from one employer to another. • A lawyer or notary with a good knowledge of the legal field and the different areas of law;
• An individual with an interest in recruitment;
• An individual who works well in both a team and independently, demonstrating a good level of flexibility and being able to adapt easily in a constantly changing environment;
