We are seeking an internal Recruiter to join Cold Start Ventures, based in Montreal. This is a high‑impact role responsible for building the foundation of our internal and portfolio talent pipeline. As our founding recruiting partner, you will drive our efforts to source, engage, and pipeline world‑class talent—both founders to help incubate new ventures and key hires for our internal operations.
You’ll own the top‑of‑funnel search process, partner with our leadership across multiple searches, and help shape the recruiting strategy as we grow. You’ll also have the opportunity to implement sourcing best practices, track key metrics, and support employer branding initiatives.
