We’re hiring a Recruiter Extraordinaire to join the powerhouse team at Marketers on Demand!

Are you a high-energy multitasker passionate about connecting great talent with incredible opportunities? Do you love the thrill of business development and building lasting relationships? If so, keep reading!

A typical day would include:

1. Scouting top talent by exploring our extensive candidate database
2. Conducting phone screens and sharing your recommendations with senior leadership
3. Keeping our talent pool updated by revisiting profiles and reconnecting with candidates
4. Tracking and updating information in our internal system
5. Reaching out to existing clients to discuss their upcoming hiring needs

What we’re looking for:

• Relevant recruitment experience
• Bonus points if you have a background or passion for marketing
• An energetic, organized, relationship-driven individual ready to make an impact
