Your area of focus.

As a Reception / Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors while also providing essential administrative support to keep our office running smoothly. Your professionalism, computer skills, and attention to detail will ensure both our guests and team members have a seamless and positive experience.

What drives your day-to-day?
  • Be the first impression: Greet visitors with a warm and professional welcome
  • Manage phone calls and emails with efficiency and professionalism
  • Keep our office organized—coordinate schedules, book appointments, and maintain meeting rooms
  • Handle administrative tasks like copying, scanning, filing, and preparing documents
  • Sort and distribute mail and packages
  • Assist with communications, ensuring messages and documents are accurate and professional
  • Support special projects and help the team wherever needed
What are the must-haves…
  • 1+ year reception and/or administration experience an asset, dealership setting preferred
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and able to quickly adapt to new technologies
  • Excellent document creation and proofreading skills with a high level of proficiency related to business correspondence/communications
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment, frequently under urgent deadlines
  • You must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
