Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in attracting experienced and high-potential real estate agents to Wahi Realty. The Recruiter will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships, and guiding agents through the decision-making process to join our brokerage.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively source, identify, and engage prospective real estate agents through networking, social media, industry events, and referrals.
  • Conduct discovery calls and presentations to communicate the Wahi value proposition, including compensation model, technology, training, and culture
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: prospecting, relationship building, follow-up, and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain accurate records of recruiting activity, pipeline status, and results using CRM or applicant tracking tools
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand market needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor brokerages, and evolving agent expectations
  • Provide a professional, supportive, and consultative experience to all candidates
Qualifications
  • Previous recruiting or business development experience, preferably in real estate
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Tech-savvy, with comfort using CRM systems, social media platforms, and virtual meeting tools
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is mandatory
  • Active real estate license preferred but not required
