Overview

RED Mountain Resort is one of North America’s most storied ski resorts and a true gem of British Columbia’s Kootenay region. We are seeking a talented Real Estate Marketing Manager to drive strategy, execution, and growth for our real estate division.

The Real Estate Marketing Manager plays a key role on the RED Mountain Resort marketing team, overseeing brand alignment, marketing strategy, and campaign execution for Red Mountain Homes. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working closely with the VP of Sales, this role is responsible for driving real estate sales through creative, data-driven, and customer-focused marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and VP of Sales to develop the annual marketing strategy and budget that aligns with the sales goals for RED Mountain Resort and RED Mountain Homes.
  • Provide strategic marketing direction across the full real estate lifecycle: visioning, positioning, branding, presentations, launches, and promotional programs.
  • Translate project vision into actionable marketing briefs that define creative themes, messaging, and campaign tactics.
  • Analyze market trends, buyer demographics, and competitive developments to guide positioning and campaign planning.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to align the Resort’s real estate marketing messaging with the overall RED Mountain Resort brand.
  • Create and manage integrated campaigns focused on awareness, acquisition, and conversion.
  • Manage internal resources, third-party marketing agencies, and freelancers to deliver high-quality creative assets.
  • Develop collateral including advertising, presentation materials, display suites, signage, and digital content.
  • Oversee digital channels including social media, web presence, email marketing, and database campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize tactics to maximize results.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as a bridge between the sales, development, construction, and resort marketing teams.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with senior leadership, partners, and suppliers.
  • Provide timely reporting and insights to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Core Deliverables
  • Annual marketing strategy and budget for the Resort’s real estate marketing efforts.
  • Project-specific marketing briefs with positioning statements.
  • Seasonal and project-based campaigns executed on schedule.
  • Regular reporting on campaign status, KPIs, and recommended adjustments.
