Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of internship or co-op experience in Food Manufacturing.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the food industry.
• Experience with computer systems and database management.

Responsibilities

• Review production and thermal process records for compliance.
• Responsible for Hold & Release of finished goods.
• Conduct associate quality training.

Skills

Knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control

Ability to train others

Technical knowledge of raw materials, packaging and process

Statistics and Statistical Process Control

Education

BS Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Agriculture, Agronomy or Genetics
