Hierarchical Reporting: Project Quality & Safety Manager
Objective
Ensuring effective control, inspection and reporting of installed Digital and Integrated Systems (D&IS), while leading and coordinating a team of Quality Inspectors that supports the achievement of project objectives by maintaining high standards of quality and safety in alignment with Customer requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
The Quality Field Lead Engineer is responsible for ensuring effective control, inspection, and reporting of installed Digital and Integrated Systems (D&IS) products. This role leads and coordinates a team of Quality Inspectors and works closely with the Installation, Testing & Commissioning (T&C), and Certification & Authorisation (C&A) teams. The primary objective is to support the achievement of project targets related to quality, cost, delivery, performance, and safety, in full alignment with customer requirements.

Educational Background
A degree in one of the following fields, or a related technical discipline, is preferred:
General Engineering,
Quality Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering and
Electrical/electronic engineer
Technical Knowledge / Experience
Ideally with 4 years of experience in railway-infrastructure industry
Must be able to read blueprints and familiar with a variety of test equipment
Awareness on process and products
Experience in Quality / Audit are appreciated
Behavioral skills
Rigor and attention to detail, ability to work independently, capacity to lead, strong verbal and written c ommunication, and ability to m anage a team.
Technical skills
Process-oriented.
Safety-focused
Language skills
English
French is a plus.
